We offer pickup and delivery if you can’t be present between 8pm and 10pm.

Our Valet will pick up or deliver your order to your doorstep or concierge, at which point you’ll receive a text with a photo showing where your items were left.

No need to be home during pickup or delivery

Rinse picks up and delivers between 8pm and 10pm since that's when most people are home and because limiting our pickup and delivery hours helps us keep our prices comparable to your local cleaner!

We understand that time doesn't work for everybody, which is why we'll pick up and deliver right from your doorstep or concierge. We’ll even send a picture confirmation. Just let our Customer Care team know you’re interested in ‘Personless Delivery’ by emailing care@rinse.com or texting RINSE (746-73) and we’ll make it happen.

You can track your Valet so you can better plan your night.

On the evening of your scheduled Rinse, you'll always receive a text message that tells you when we are coming and includes a link where you can track your Valet's progress. You can just click on the link to see how many stops they have before yours so you can better plan your night.
