Fast turnaround

Relax with delivery right to your door. Standard turnaround is 3–4 days with . On your delivery date, we’ll text you at 5:30pm with your Valet’s ETA.

Rinse Drop

We offer pickup and delivery if you can’t be present between 8pm and 10pm.

Our Valet will pick up or deliver your order to your doorstep or concierge, at which point you’ll receive a text with a photo showing where your items were left.

You can enable Rinse Drop on any (or all) of your orders.

Valet Tracking 

The evening of your Rinse, you can track your Valet’s progress via the mobile app. You can view their estimated arrival time and the number of stops they have before yours so you know if you have time to squeeze in a quick run or hop in the shower.

Order Tracking  

Follow your clothes through the Rinse process. From pickup, cleaning, to their journey home for delivery, you’ll always be in the know. 

Rinse Preferences  

It's super simple to customize your Rinse account via the app. You can set your cleaning preferences like if you'd like hypoallergenic detergent or if you'd like us to use fabric softener. You can even update your delivery preferences or the types of text messages you'd like to receive.
